The Investment
You will not be charged an ongoing monthly royalty fee, but you will pay an annual licensing fee of $2,000 in consideration of our software, technology, and administrative support during each year of the Term (the “Yearly Licensing Fee”) unless you are a TaxPrep Evolution Conversion Franchisee, in which case you will pay $1,500 as your Yearly Licensing Fee.
