The Investment
To clarify, the reduced Royalty Fee percentages will only apply to the portion of Gross Revenue within the specified ranges. For example, you will pay a Royalty Fee of 8% of annual Gross Revenue up to $399,999. If your Gross Revenue exceeds $399,999 during a calendar year, then you will pay a Royalty Fee of 7% only on the Gross Revenue that exceeds $399,999 during that calendar year, and so on.
